Live Remote Help Desk SupportThis service is included to customers with current, ongoing prepaid support contracts. It is also available to existing customers for spot check diagnostics. To activate the Remote Help Desk service, click on the following link and run to allow us to operate your computer by remote control. Nothing is installed, no registry entries are made, and you may stop the session at any time from the system tray icon. Click here and run this file to connect: RemoteHelpDesk.exe Please be sure to call us at 785-456-3896 and let us know that you need Remote Help Desk Support so we can be ready to help you.
